At Eden Park, we don’t want to just build a business park. We will work with nature and not against it to create an environment the Island can be proud of and the wider public can benefit from. We will be 100% self-funded with no subsidies from Government and the Isle of Man tax-payer. We will be smart and create a benefit for the Island economy from Day 1. We will strengthen and improve existing public infrastructure at our own cost. Eden Park will create high-quality jobs and introduce new brands and companies to our Island. We will set a new standard for commercial development on the Isle of Man.
